Farhad Maleki

I am an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Calgary. In addition, I hold adjunct faculty positions at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University and the Department of Radiology at the University of Florida. I am also affiliated with the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and Mathison Centre for Mental Health, where my primary research focus is on developing machine learning and deep learning approaches for medical data analysis, particularly in the context of small-scale training datasets. I also am a member of the Machine Learning Education Sub-Committee of the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine.
